Co-chair of Technical Committee for NIST-ATIS-IEEE Workshop on Synchronization in Telecommunications Systems (WSTS 05, 06, 07, 08, 09).

Active in ATIS and ITU-T. Principal contributor to the Technical Report: Synchronization for Packet Networks (in ATIS-OPTXS-SYNC). Numerous contributions to ITU-T for packet-based timing methods.
