Ronjon Nag is an inventor, investor and informer, and has invented and deployed AI systems for over three decades. He is founder of R42 Institute and R42 Ventures, and is a Stanford Distinguished Careers Institute Fellow where he teaches courses in AI, Longevity Science and Venture Capital.
Ronjon received a PhD in Engineering from Cambridge, and an MS from MIT. He received the IET Mountbatten Medal at the Royal Institution, and was a Harkness Fellow at Stanford University. Companies which he has co-founded or advised have been sold to Motorola, BlackBerry, and Apple. Dr. Nag is Chairman of Bounce Imaging and Ecrio Corporation, and is the 2021 recipient of the IEEE Santa Clara Valley Section Award for Outstanding Engineer.
