Most of his time as an electrical engineer was spent in large defense companies working on or leading projects requiring a wide range of skills to support the Navy’s submarine fleet or launcher prototypes. Some of his notable projects included life-cycle support studies, surface-to-air launcher electrical systems, and launcher command and control stations. Justin received his Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi and his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University.
