Anna Gradie is a former tech co-founder and now a Confidence Coach for people in tech. Using science-backed tools, she helps her clients 10X their confidence, accelerate their performance, and build strong relationships.

In 2010, she co-founded and scaled the edtech company, RYCOR, into a multi-million-dollar business. RYCOR develops and sells administrative software to school districts across North America. She was the COO and head of HR. Under her leadership, she grew the revenue by 4700x.

After a successful exit in 2020, she created her coaching business. She does 1 on 1 coaching, group coaching, workshops and keynote speeches. Anna’s purpose is to accelerate equality in the tech industry by empowering people through coaching.
