CNSV member Nancy Blachman will help your site get Top 10 Google hits based on her experiences in the design, development and promotion of her Google Guide online tutorial. An example of her prowess is her site’s Feeling Lucky ranking.
Nancy will present at least 42 tips on Creating Content, Linking to Search Results, Getting Listed, Improving Your PageRank, Advertising Your Website and Generating Revenue using AdSense. She will also discuss performing Google searches, including the techniques summarized in her href=”http://www.googleguide.com/example_ref.html”>Quick Reference Cheat Sheet.
About the speaker, Nancy Blachman, Google Guide, Burlingame, CA
Nancy Blachman has been using Google since the spring of 1999, when Google was less than one year old. She developed the “http://www.googleguide.com”>Google Guide online tutorial, and has written over a half dozen tutorial and reference books including How to Do Everything with Google, several books on Mathematica, and a book on Maple. She obtained a B.Sc. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Birmingham, UK, an M.S. in Operations Research from the University of California at Berkeley, and an M.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University (where she taught for eight years).
