About the speaker, Patricia Dwyer Patricia Dwyer is a personal technology consultant specializing in helping small businesses navigate the myriad possibilities of productivity tools, and managing the chaos that has resulted from the growth of the Internet.
She has over 20 years of experience in the high-tech world, from designing computer and networking systems (at Cosine Communications, Auspex Systems and Apple Computer), to managing technical communications and cross-company projects at SanDisk. Patricia is now applying her corporate technical, communication and management skills to bring the same level of professionalism to small business.
